In this class, we work with the hips, pelvis, and second energy center — the area connected to emotions, creativity, pleasure, desire, receiving, intimacy, and your ability to move through life with more softness and flow. If you often feel tense, emotionally stuck, disconnected from your body, creatively blocked, or like you are always giving but rarely receiving, this class will help you begin to notice what your body has been trying to show you. This free class gives you a taste of the full 10-Day Body Reset, where we move through the body step by step — feet, legs, hips, belly, heart, throat, head, and beyond — so you can release tension, understand your patterns, and come back to yourself from the body up.

Gentle hips movement practice
A soft, body-based practice to release tension from the hips, pelvis, and lower body. No forcing, no flexibility required — just movement, awareness, and space to feel.
Breathwork for Softness & Release
Inside the practice, we’ll use Bhramari breath — also known as bee breath — to calm the nervous system and soften internal tension. You’ll also receive Chandra Bhedana, left nostril breathing, as an additional practice for cooling, calming, and reconnecting with your body.
Supporting Materials for Deeper Integration
You’ll receive affirmations, journaling prompts, and simple recommendations to help you continue the work after the practice. These tools are designed to help you reflect, integrate, and understand what your body is showing you.
The Woman Behind This Work
Hi, I’m Irina. I’m a nervous system-focused embodiment mentor, Tantra Hatha yoga and meditation teacher, and Theta Healing practitioner. My work is built on one core belief: Your body is not a project to be fixed or improved. It is a wise, living intelligence that already holds all the answers. There was a time when I kept trying to understand my life with my mind while my body was already telling me something was wrong. It showed up through constant low-grade fever, feminine health issues and physical symptoms no doctor could explain. For a long time I treated my body and my life as separate problems. Until one day I released my body had been screaming all along, trying to show me where I wasn't in alignment, where I was betraying and sabotaging myself. That realization changed everything. It changed my life, my line of work and my approach to my body. It led me into body-based healing, movement and nervous system work. And over time, it became my mission to help women get out of their head and back into the body. Because when you return to the body, you return to what is real. When real contact is made, everything begins to shift naturally. ✨ To Clarity ✨ To Self-Trust ✨ To the wisdom that has been there all along. And life… life starts to fall into place differently.
