For the days when productivity feels heavy and discipline isn’t the solution. You know the advice: “Just roll your mat out.” Most days, that first step works. But sometimes you can’t even do that. You feel flat. Heavy. Slightly numb. Even coffee doesn’t help. Even staying in bed doesn’t feel good. And then the mind starts: "Lazy. Undisciplined. Weak".   But this state isn’t laziness. It’s nervous system depletion. A freeze response. When the system is low on resources, you don’t fix it with more effort. You shift it with micro-regulation. Apathy isn’t “no energy.” It’s low amplitude. Low amplitude in breath. Low amplitude in movement. Low amplitude in dopamine. So we don’t ignite a massive fire. We gently increase amplitude. Hi, I'm Irina. I’m a nervous system–focused embodiment mentor, Tantra Hatha yoga and meditation teacher, and Theta Healing practitioner. My work is built on one core belief: You achieve more by slowing down first. High-functioning women don’t need more pressure. They need reconnection. For years, I’ve worked with women who are capable, responsible, and driven — yet disconnected from their bodies. Women who try to solve depletion with discipline. My philosophy is simple: You do less — but you do it consciously. You move slower — but you move effectively. You achieve more — because you’re regulated. All real clarity lives in the body before it reaches the mind. The Low Battery Toolbox is an extension of that philosophy. It’s not about performance. It’s about pressing the right buttons in your system so your body becomes available again. Because when you’re reconnected, everything becomes easier.
